On February 14, 2023, we enjoyed a fun, sweets-filled morning with the residents of Martha Washington Senior Apartments! We joined the seniors, along with Alderman Matt Martin, Senator Sara Feigenholtz, and Cook County Commissioner Bridget Degnan for a few rounds of Bingo and some delicious cinnamon rolls from Ann Sathers.
Bingo prizes were gift certificates from local small businesses, such as the Davis Theater and RoscoeBooks.
Thank you to the Martha Washington staff and guests for hosting us! What a lovely way to spend our Valentine’s Day, and we look forward to returning soon for more Bingo!
