This week, our whole team enjoyed an expansive tour of McCormick Place. Not only is it the largest convention and event center in North America, it also brings in millions of dollars of revenue to our city every year.
We enjoyed seeing the classic elements contrasted with the new modern renovations in the Lakeside Center, and watched as workers transformed a massive space into a volleyball court suitable to host a national tournament.
McCormick Place provides a plethora of contributions to the city, and we are lucky to have it based in Chicago.
